I just started my S1+ today. I was going to use my old program of 2 muscle parts a day. Day 1-Chest & Shoulders Day 2- Back & Tris Day 3-Legs & Bi's

Of course I am pushing myself harder and going longer. Is there a more specific workout I should be using when on a powerful PH like s1+

Actually I mean, what should I do when on a cycle? 1 body part a day?

You can do the same workout you did before, but you may want to add a set or two per exercise.

I think you should hit lower body more often.

Yes, you should hit legs 2 times a week. I took his advise and my routine is working out great. I added deadlifts/hamstrings to my back day.

Um he is hitting his lower body twice a week (assuming he's doing the routine twice a week).
