S1+ today. I was going to use my old program of 2 muscle parts a day. Day 1-Chest & Shoulders Day 2- Back & Tris Day 3-Legs & Bi's
Of course I am pushing myself harder and going longer. Is there a more specific workout I should be using when on a powerful PH like
