what's up everyone. i just bought a bottle of m1t and milk thistle. i wanted to know if the current supps i am taking are too much...and if not when should i take them. right now i'm taking L-glutamine, Whey protien, micronized creatine, milk thistle for liver protection when using m1t, l tyrosine, flaxseed oil capsules, cod liver oil capsules, R-ala, and glucosamine. i just want to know if i'm taking too much.

Other then being slightly on the young side for PH/PS use, I dont' see a problem with the other supps that you have listed. What are the doses of the supps you are/will be taking including the M1T?

In fact it wouldnt hurt to add a few more to cover all your bases. I like to take a potassium and magnesium supplement as well as Taurine for possible cramping, 200mg twice of B-6 for its Prolactin regulating qualities (M1T if it causes gyno would most likely be Progesterone or Prolactin induced), if you don't already have a daily multi vitamin get one.
