it seems pretty promising, but if i dont see noticeable results after this bottle, then i will see about the safest, most effective supplement...........
what i am looking for is not to really get big and blown up......i am 5'9" 158 as of now, all i am looking to do is either lose the little fat i have or turn that into muscle as well as get more define and cut......thats it, not big and bulky with muscle on top of muscle, just my size and frame i am now, just cut...........well, maybe a little bigger
