Hey guys,

i Finished a bottle of NoXplode (about 5 weeks) and immediatly after started Xpand(which i saw nothing from). Tommarow will be my last serving of Xpand, and i've been waiting to finish it so that i can start up the NOX again. Is it safe for me to do this without taking any time off? Can i jump back into the NOXplode or do i have to cycle it a little bit? Thanx.

i dont see any problem with it no. it is good to take some time off of products with stimulants tho. its really up to u and how ur body works with it. since u sort of cycled products shouldnt make a real big deal

cycle off bro.

I'd definitely cycle off for a while, it just makes starting back up that much better. biggrin.gif

You can cycle off, but you don't NEED to. I probably would take the 2-3 weeks off from it myself.

What kind of gains did you make off the NO-X?

I don't make gains from it at all. I just think its one of the best preworkout intensity boosters out there that I have ever tried. I have tried all the components of it separately, but none compare in my mind.

I was talking to my little brother about it the other day, he said some jackass in one of his classes said it was the closest thing to steroids you can buy!! rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

i agree with Btrice on this one...it's not something that's going to pack on weight or get you tons stronger. It's all up to you and how hard you work while using it. I like NO-X because of the intensity it gives me in the weight room, which gives me more push, which get's me better results. I did notice a little bit of fat burnage while on it though...don't know if it was the no-x or just the way i was eating?

So....if i do jump right back into the No-X, i'd be taking a creatine supplement for about 4 months straight. I just don't want to override my natural creatine production or screw anything up here. Even though No-Xplode has barely any creatine....

Here comes my unsolicited $0.02... I never saw anything worthwhile from NO-Xplode. I have a much better response with 2g of AlCar and 3g of CEE pre-workout... plus it is about 90% cheaper.

I also wouldnt be too concerned about damaging your natural creatine production.

See I've done the exact ALCAR+CEE, CM+CEE, CM+ALCAR, etc etc and haven't gotten near the effectiveness of two scoops of raisins..er.. I'm mean No-Xplode.

I took No-Xplode for 10 weeks last summer... When I stopped, I had somewhat low energy for about a week (probably cause I became almost dependant on caffeine) ...big deal... laugh.gif

There label says to take for 12 weeks and then cycle off for 4 weeks and then your golden.. I'd say your ok to keep the NOX goin! ph34r.gif

I also agree I'd probly take 1-2 weeks off, its good to cycle stimulant and aakg products, no need to cycle creatine though.

i think some of those "immediate jumps" are more attributed to people deciding to push themselves harder in hopes that the product works when, in fact, they could have acheived it without the aid of supplementation.

TT, I'd take a lil time off if you have some raw creatine powder to transition to. No sense building up tolerance to caffeine.

good call bryan. Alot of times it's just in peoples heads.

After thinking about it over the last couple days, i'm actually gonna take a month off of any supp's. See how my body feels. Just use some good protein before and after workouts and eat good. Just see where it goes....

In the words of that Samuel Adams guy "always a decision." I've done that before and it was kinda nice to not have to deal with all of it.
