 Hey guys, i Finished a bottle of NoXplode (about 5 weeks) and immediatly after started Xpand(which i saw nothing from). Tommarow will be my last serving of Xpand, and i've been waiting to finish it so that i can start up the NOX again. Is it safe for me to do this without taking any time off? Can i jump back into the NOXplode or do i have to cycle it a little bit? Thanx.

I don't make gains from it at all. I just think its one of the best preworkout intensity boosters out there that I have ever tried. I have tried all the components of it separately, but none compare in my mind. I was talking to my little brother about it the other day, he said some jackass in one of his classes said it was the closest thing to steroids you can buy!! |
i agree with Btrice on this one...it's not something that's going to pack on weight or get you tons stronger. It's all up to you and how hard you work while using it. I like NO-X because of the intensity it gives me in the weight room, which gives me more push, which get's me better results. I did notice a little bit of fat burnage while on it though...don't know if it was the no-x or just the way i was eating? So....if i do jump right back into the No-X, i'd be taking a creatine supplement for about 4 months straight. I just don't want to override my natural creatine production or screw anything up here. Even though No-Xplode has barely any creatine....

 I also agree I'd probly take 1-2 weeks off, its good to cycle stimulant and aakg products, no need to cycle creatine though.
