hey guys.


can someone please tell me a really good liver protector? because i am gunna start a 1-AD/M1T cycle pretty soon and dont wanna gte my liver ripped up. and when do u take the liver protector? before you start ur cycle? during? or with your PCT?

1 fast 400 has a product called Pro Liver with NAC and milk thistle. this would be a good start along with some ala or r-ala. i would take before, during and after.

whats that r-ala do ?

and does milk thistle or proliver work better? cause that 1 review on milk makes me wounder...
