Okay, I am wondering if there is anyone that has any ideas for women. My husband takes all kinds of supplements. It is all frustrating because they are all geared tward men. I don't want to get huge!! I just want to see some kind of a result from all the work that I do in the gym. I get frustrated with watching him getting huge, then ripped and I look pretty much the same as I always have. I want to loose weight and gain muscle. Not a real easy thing to do after gaining around 65 lbs. with the last kid!!!

Thanks!

IMO...I think most supps are for everybody, not just men.

So what are you looking for? Just supps for weight loss, or something else?

For weight loss mostly. I wouldn't mind gaining a bit of muscle, but the last time that I did that, it looked like fat. Pathetic, but true.

For females, I like:

1. Transdermal 7-OXO DHEA in the 100-200mg/ED range (bulking or cutting)

2. Lipoderm ULTRA (while dieting)

3. MRM's Meta-burn XTP or Nutrex's Lipo-6 EF stacked with Vasopro Ephedrine HCl (can also add SAN's T3 to this for additional thyroid potentiation) [note: if you want a reeeeaaally potent thermogenic stack, you can use Meta-Burn XTP, Lipo-6 EF, and Vasopro (yes, all three; needless to say, it's pretty "stimulating") simultaneously]

4. Any and All Green Tea (always good-- Meta-burn already has some...)

This isn't going to put much (if any) muscle on you, but it should allow you to drop problematic bodyfat while maintaining virtually all of your LBM provided you train & diet properly...
