Although I continue to hear positive reviews on this product, would one not gain the same benefit if already taking a multi-vitamin with equal amounts of zinc (30mg), magnesium (450mg), and vitamin B-6 (10.5mg)?

There probably wouldn't be any difference as far as I know.
