
I have a book with advice on how to take glycerin. It says:
"To load take down 50 millileters of pure glycerin, and for every 10 millileters, you also down 20 ounces of water. Do this approximately an hour before your workout."
To me that seems pretty intense on your stomach. 100oz. of water before your workout. Maybe you should work your way up with like 20ml of glycerin+40oz of water.
