I placed an order and it's been "processing" for 3 days - no response from their emails.

Patience Grasshopper. You can probably take a guess as to the volume of orders they are receiving with all the PH ban hype. Sometimes it takes a few days for the orders to get processed, but I have ordered from them several times and they have ALWAYS come through.

Thanks man - I get a little nervous ordering online, I'm used to immediate responses and updates. I can see that it would take a while it's a great price too!
