I'm sure this is very tipical, teenage guy trying to put on sum pounds, but i was just wondering if ne1 had sum advice about wut to take. I've done creatin (worked pretty good), and was thinking about NO. But if theres ne thing else out there i just need sum advice

Bwahahaha. This is a joke, right?

Just in case it isn't, Get your diet and training routines in order and add some creatine and a multivitamin. You can get good advice on the diet and training forums on this board.

Stay away from prohormones/prosteroids unless you want to stunt your growth and screw up your endocrine system. You do want to be taller than 5'6" don't you?

Oh yeah, and learn some English grammar and sentence structure and pay attention to what you're typing.
