Hi guys, I am new here and have been looking around and this place seems pretty awsome. I need some advice on where to go from here.

I have been working out for about 3 months now, I have seen some pretty dramatic results so far. I tried the atkins thing for the first month, and yucky, I could not get good weight sessions in at the gym. So I switched to simular to what "The Rock" is doing. It consists of 6 small meals through the day including mainly egg whites, tuna and some slow burning carbs to try and keep insulin levels low throught the day. It has works pretty well, I am getting better pumps at the gym and continued to shed the weight.

My workout consists of this:

I weight train 5 days a week, I stick to 1 body part a day. I am doing abs on 3 of those days. I am doing 20 minutes of high intesity cardio for 5 of those days.

Now I am at the point where I am starting to look pretty big and leaning out real good. However it is time that I mix things up some to get better gains and lean out more around my midsection.

I was looking at maybe some Avant Labs topical products along with some kind of thermogenic to help raise my metobolism. So I was looking at maybe some sort of Cortisol regulator.

So what I am looking for is a combo of suppliments to help me loose that last 15 pounds or so that works with my current diet. I currently am taking 25mg of creatine daily along with 1 protine shake before and after the gym. Outside of that I am not taking anything extra. Oh and I take a good quality multi-vitaman daily.

So I am an open book please advice on what I should do. I am 6'1 and about 215 right now. I was at 245 when I started. I do not know my Body fat percentage currently.

I don't know if you miswrote, but 25 mg of creatine is nothing.. Check out the dosing on the product label again.

Also really only if your diet is best will you lose those pounds. But really most thermogenics are very similar if you look at their contents. You have to kind of test with products to see what your body can deal with. Personally I like Prolab's Thermapro (ephedra free), but it does contain bitter orange extract which is similar to ephedra. Others might reccomend an Ephedra and Caffeine stack, but don't treat that stuff lightly unless your sure your body can handle it.

Thanks for the advice, I have done the ephedra cafeene route before and my body does ok on it.

I wouldn't mind putting on about 10-15 pounds of muscle since it helps keep that weight off.

Any other advice?

I would pick up:

1. An E/C stack or Avant's H.E.A.T.

2. A Topical Delivery Matrix from Dermabolics, to which I would add 3.5-7g of 7-OXO DHEA for systemic delivery.

Or, if you just want to lean out while putting on 10-15 lbs:

1. Pick Up Methyldienolone. Take 4-5mg/every day (time/what its with doesn't matter) along with spread out 1-1.5g of ALA & 1-1.5g of N-Acetyl-Cysteine for 3-4 weeks while training/eating as you currently have been. Then, after that, do "post-cycle," which entails taking 6-OXO for 3-4 weeks (while training low-volume/heavy weights in the gyme) using 600mg every night for Week 1, 400mg every night for Week 2, and 200-300mg every night for Week 3. Also, while using 6-OXO, continue taking N-A-C and ALA (same dosages). That should set you up quite nicely.
