my goal is to put on lean mass. i am currently taking micronized creatine, whey protein, and bcaa.
i know that a main component in building muscle mass and mass in general is taking in more calories than burned, so ive been eating alot more. in the past couple of weeks, however, ive noticed im losing some of the definition i had before i started to up my calorie intake.

my question is, will taking a product like ripped fuel's fat burner (or something of the sort) help me regain my cuts without compromising my lean muscle growth? it seems to me that things like that which are designed to burn calories would hurt the muscle building process.

aight,

Training: Monday thru Friday: wight work in the mornings with cardio work at least 2 times during the week. i play soccer, so i also get a cardio workout on sat and sunday.

As far as diet goes, i dont do anything very strict. i more just try to eat healthy than actually count what i eat. healthy being things like lean beef, chicken, turkey, wheat bread, veggies, fruits...the basic stuff. i think i probably have to too much sweet stuff in my diet though, im not really to strict on that part (though i think i should be)

i supliment with 100% weigh protein, at least twice a day (125g of protein), i also am taking Evolve ATP (by NDS, its a micronized creatine with creatine citrate, 3g glutamine, 2g argenine) the BCAA amounts are just whats in the protein, im not taking a separate supliment for that.

What do you mean "sweet stuff"
Be more specific in details.
Give us a typical day.

a typical day:

5:00 am..i get up and down a protein shake and the creatine
5:30-6-30-im at the gym lifting...when i get home i down another protein shake and the second serving of creatine, then i eat breakfast
-usually pancakes or frenchtoast w/ syrup
-or scrambled eggs
-or cereal (fruit loops, rasin bran, honey bunches of oats)
7:30-school...usually a bagle or protein bar around 10:00
11:30-lunch...whatever the school is serving, i get two of everything
3:00-schools out, i head home and usually eat a yoghurt, some fruit and a pbj
6:00-dinner, whatever my mom fixes, usually healthy food designed for a low cholesterol diet
**on nights i work (at dq) crispy chicken and fries, occasionaly a blizzard
8:00-2pbj or turkey pastrami sandwiches...then bed round 10ish

by "sweet" i just meant stuff with a decent amount of sugar in it...probably more than i should be having?
ill write everything down tomorrow, and update in terms of g of everything

Somethings that hit me.
1)Crispy chicken and fries.....gotta go....unless youre doing it maybe once in a while.
2)Make eggs a ritual almost every day. Intead of cereal and pancakes. I would eat eggs more often then pancakes and/or cereal. Get rid of that and eat oatmeal. I eat my oatmeal with a hint of cinnamon and mix it with LF milk rather then water. If you do that buy 100% pure oats with no taste.(too much sugar)
3)How much do you weigh? I have a feeling maybe too much carbs and calories

buy pastuerized eggwhites and mix them in with protein shakes.

also using light soy milk instead of cow milk with shakes is very smart.

12oz EW + 12oz SM + 1serving Muscle Milk powder = ~80g protein shake.

this shake will add lean mass so fast your head will spin.

try stacking some Lean Extreme and Rebound XT (on top of your omega oils, multivitamin, and vitamin c of course...)

cut carbs out from the second half of your day; and work on avoiding transfats (& all fried foods)

give this a go for 4 weeks and you'll come back to thank me smile.gif

ps: work up to adding 10cups of veggies / day. this will melt fat off you.

HGW, Yohimb, and Fenugrk. THANK YOU WILL.

thanks for all yalls help by the way, i tried lookin up diets online and most of what i got was "buy this and you can lose weight while eating what you want!" shoot, its not like im fat, just that im puttin on a bit more cushion than id like to have on.
