a typical day:
5:00 am..i get up and down a
protein shake and the
creatine5:30-6-30-im at the gym lifting...when i get home i down another
protein shake and the second serving of
creatine, then i eat breakfast
-usually pancakes or frenchtoast w/ syrup
-or scrambled eggs
-or cereal (fruit loops, rasin bran, honey bunches of oats)
7:30-school...usually a bagle or
protein bar around 10:00
11:30-lunch...whatever the school is serving, i get two of everything
3:00-schools out, i head home and usually eat a yoghurt, some fruit and a pbj
6:00-dinner, whatever my mom fixes, usually healthy food designed for a low cholesterol diet
**on nights i work (at dq) crispy chicken and fries, occasionaly a blizzard
8:00-2pbj or turkey pastrami sandwiches...then bed round 10ish
by "sweet" i just meant stuff with a decent amount of sugar in it...probably more than i should be having?
