Just resently I started taking no-expolde and cellmass. Before this I had been taking some discusting GNC creatine and also tried a bottle of Muscletech's thermogain. I have been taking the no-explode on an empty stomach and have tried taking it 20min and 45 min before I lift. I noticble can lift less than before. Now I have read everyones posts on no-explode and have heard such great things, but I'm not sure whats going on. So what I am wondering is Thermogain better than no-explode? Or is there something I am doing wrong? Any opinions would be great.

Thanks for your help.

Thermogain probably has more stimulants in it. Either that or you're beginning to overtrain.

For the last month or so I have been lifting 6 days a week, focusing on 1 muscle group each day. A budy of mine that has been lifting longer than me does this and has good results. Before this I had really messed up workout sceduales.

No-X shouldnt be doing that to you. It has creatine in it. Have you used creatine supplementation before? I know when I first tried creatine, it made me tired an killed my workouts. Once I started getting sufficient water intake daily, that problem reversed and I got plenty of boost from taking creatine. So up your water intake to roughly 1 gallon/day if you aren't already.

I had been taking GNC's Creatine Burst, and now am taking cellmass for my creatine. So the only real change, I think, is from taking Thermogain to taking no-explode.

no2 supps are jampacked with arginine. imho they're only good for insulin release without glucose. some caffiene preworkout in anyform is usually a good idea if you're wanting to cut fat, but if you're out for mass they contradict each other, issues with cell volumization come to mind and even if no2 supps worked, you'd be ingesting antagonists, i.e. a vasodilator and a vasoconstrictor.
