Just resently I started taking no-expolde and
cellmass. Before this I had been taking some discusting GNC
creatine and also tried a bottle of
Muscletech's
thermogain. I have been taking the no-explode on an empty stomach and have tried taking it 20min and 45 min before I lift. I noticble can lift less than before. Now I have read everyones posts on no-explode and have heard such great things, but I'm not sure whats going on. So what I am wondering is
Thermogain better than no-explode? Or is there something I am doing wrong? Any opinions would be great.
