I started taking CM couple months ago and wanted to know if you cycle it as you do creatine ?

I'd take a month off or so every now and the from the NO stuff (even though CM is a bit different).

I mean like take it for a month on month off same thing that in theory you should do with creatine?

I dont think you need to. Citrulline is only an amino acid precursor to arginine.

Thanks . I usually only take anything pre workout but have noticed with CM I have "better" workouts if taken day before I workout and pre workout so going to stick with that.

day before? Citrulline Malate should be a like hour preworkout supplement. Mostly just for endurance/pump enhancement.
