Hey guys,

Probably a dumb question but I searched and found nothing regarding this. I just got some Clout and upon reading the directions it just says to take 1 scoop 2x a day but it doesn't say how much water you should mix with it. Is it just a normal serving (8 oz) or is it to your liking or what? Also can you mix it with other drinks like gatorade/powerade or is it best with water since it's already flavored? And lastly how much water is recommeded to drink, cuz if I remmeber correctly you should be drinking mad amounts of water when your taking creatine. Thanks.

I don't know about Clout, but with normal creatine monohydrate, just gulp enough water to wash the creatine down (i.e., scoop the creatine into your mouth, take a swig and swallow). Creatine mono is unstable in liquid.

Creatine mono is unstable in liquid.

Who told u that?
I think u heard wrong... the only time Creatine is unstable in any liquid is when its made with a juice or something Citricy and let sit for a period of time...

I would never just shove some Mono in my mouth and take a big gulp...

I put it in my protien shakes occasionaly, regular water... kool-aid...
Always works...

I don't think it really matters. The more the better, though, IMO. I mix one scoop of xpand with 30 oz. water, and it doesn't seem to have any negative effect. what type of creatine is it?

I'm taking Clout, I was deciding between CEE & CLout and it sounds like Clout is pretty popular, but I may try CEE as well after I'm done with this bottle purely b/c it's a little cheaper on the wallet.
