The
endurance training prep is precisely what you should be doing.
Not to worry about cutting or bulking. Should have said this, up front.
You will lose plenty of mass, the hard way!
Run, pushups, situps, run, pushups sit up....endless cycle.
I gotta local 18 yr-old kid I started weughgt training last May, gave him over to an
endurance specialist in July. That was after I solicited advice here and elsewhere on how best to prepare him for for his first stint in th armed forces.
Kid has had a good 30 lbs of fat and muscle run off his 6' 210 lb frame (5 miles runs each morning 5am and a shorter 2 mile run, with pushups later in the day, 3-4 days per week).
Kid runs like a gazelle now!
Has to, he's bound and determined to go the special forces route.
Start another thread, call it marines
endurance training question.
That will attract the attention of those members who have been through the wringer and can tell you *exactly* what to expect.
Good luck.
