I am finising up my first PH cycle and I need to Know how much 6 OXO I should take and what time I should take it.

I took 600mg of 1 AD and 900mg of Androdiol Select 300 for a 20 day cycle which I will finish tommorow, I have 1 bottle of 6 OXO. Do I need another bottle?

Age:24
Height: 5' 7"
Weight Before Cycle: 157
Weight Today: 167

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

I think I'm going to do:600mg week 1
400mg week 2 and 3
300mg week 4
(too much for my cycle?)

Can someone please tell me what time I should take it, should I split it up into 2 doses?Should I take it with food?

Take your full dose at night before you go to bed. If you read the article on 6 OXO it says that your body produces the most estrogen when you are sleeping.

Okay thanks, I just didn't know if taking 6 pills at once was too much and the ergopharm website said take with food, but I've seen other people say take it before bed so I was just a little confused.
