has anyone heard of the EPA portion off fish oil being dangerous or counter-productive. i read somewhere that the DHA portion was the productive portion of the supplement and theat the EPA waekens the immune system and lowers arachidonic acid production which is essential for muscle growth and brain function. if anyone has any knowledge on this i would appreciate your responses.

I've heard that as well that fish oils can lower the immune system efficency. However, I think you have to running high dosage levels for that to happen. If you're around 2g total per day I doubt it would be much cause for concern. If you're running 3g or higher then maybe look into it further.
