Everyone I currently deployed to Afghanistan and Im looking for some supplements to help me bulk up a little more. I have gained about 10 lbs of muscle since we have been here. I did a cycle of 1AD that I had before the ban. Since that cycle all I have taken is celltech. it has helped me keep my gains in strength and size but we have had guys taking it wrong and needless to say the Military has taken it off the shelf. Reasons are given that it is to hot to take supplements here. Can anyone recommend something to get me another 10 lbs or so? My nutrition here is not the greates plus every few weeks we are out chasing these Taliban clowns. Im going on R&R in a few days so what ever is recommended I will purchase and ship back. Thanks for your help.

I would say stick to the basics, like creatine (monohydrate, or ethyl ester if possible), and some whey protein. Or you can try the hormonal booster route and try 6-oxo or another type of the kind.

Goals:

200lb. by 17 years old (July 21,2006)

Current Measurements:
Chest: 41.5 in.
Waist: 31 in.
Quads:24.75 in.
Biceps: 16.25 in.
Calves: 14.75 in.
Neck: 15 in.
Forearms: 12.75 in.

I'd say the mess hall. eat eat and eat some more. If you can get your hands on some C-RATs or something to up your Kcals i'd go for that.

The problems you're looking at is Heat, sand, and hydration. The heat would make keeping protein suppliments tough. ALso keeping powders sandless would also be a trick. I'm leary about the creatine because of hydration issues.

I'd just seriouly up your Kcal intake. You are so active it's not like you're going to get fat.

Redsol1, Thanks for your advice. I have tried to up my intake and will continue to, hopefully once these elections are over things will slow down and I will be able to get more gains.
