i took 5g gabba yesterday as a sleep aid

i did not fell asleep faster but the sleep was deeper and i had problems in the morning to get up

and i feel veeeeery flat the whole day...is that normal???

I take 1/2 teaspoon. I have no idea what dose it is. I asked same question you asked when I first tried it and it seems for most they take it and no problem at all getting up but for me it does make me a bit groggy for a bit after I wake up not more than an hour tho.
I think 5g might be to large a dose . Smaller dose works just as well and less groggy when you wake up. I initially tried 1 teaspoon but was groggy for hours even after a good sleep.
I find it works best if not taken consecutive nights and only here and there .

I took 3 grams in my first time and was hung over all the next day. I take 1-1.5 grams now and it's fine.

Do you take it every day? I just take it night before I workout if I am going to get enough sleep.
I like it for solid sleep but I cant actually say its a noticeable difference in my workouts interms of any benefits.
