Training History: I’ve been training for about four years. I’m currently training along the HST (hypertrophy-specific training) guidelines. Normally this involves 3 full body routines per week. To cut back on my work-out length I’ve split the routine in half. This means I train 6 times a week at approx. 20 minutes per session. No injuries or overtraining so far.

I started taking the product today. The first serving at 530 hrs and the second serving 20 min prior to training. Note: the product appears very crusty. I have to scoop out a chunk and crush the entire serving prior to consumption. Oh well.

I noticed more of a pump during training today. No increase in strength or muscular
endurance.

I’ve had a minor headache for the past two days. I’ve increased my water intake from 4 liters to 6.

A slight increase in muscular pump. Still no increase in strength.

Slight increase in strength during training today.

I noticed that I’m less sore than normal and I’m also more vascular during training.
