I did some math and correctly figured the difference in
cost between Scivation's Xtend and bulk products.
To some people cost does not matter, but I'm poor
so every dollar counts, especially when someone is
taking multiple servings a day.

1035g Xtend - 90servings Homemade Xtend
7g BCAA 1000 BCAA from BN 39.99
2.5g Glutamine 500g Citrulline Malate from BN 44.99
1g Citrulline Malate 1000g Glutamine from bodybuilding.com 29.99
$50.99 (you can go and check it)

$ .566/per serving $ .435/per serving

thats $11.84 per container of Xtend

Doesnt seem like much..... BUT most people take 3 or more servings a day
At 3 servings a day you could save $35.52 a month
If you take 6 servings a day you could save $71.04 a month
that adds up over a year.

Look at the MATH. Also taste does not matter to me.

sad.gif Let me grab you a tissue.

Yes, making oyour own bulk powders can save money. Everyone knows that, but apparently you have not figured out where to buy your powders biggrin.gif

Mark is a good guy who puts out good products that are tested. Some people opt for the convenience and ease of ready made mixes. Some people care about taste (you forgot to factor in quite a bit of mix that goes in to mask BCAAs and yes, flavor systems are not all that cheap). Bottles and labeling cost $ too. No one is forcing you to buy the product. Please re-educate yourself before posting mindless rubbish like this.

Thanks

I'm sorry. I am not trying to offend anybody.
I am merely trying to make a point. Many supplement
companies overcharge and deceive people.
It also takes lots of research to find the lowest
prices. I am just trying to help consumers
know that there are other options, like Bulk
Nutrition which is an awesome place. Without
it I would never have tried Creatine Ethyl
Ester or Citrulline Malate. So I thank you
Bulk Nutrition. Everyone else saying my
opinion is rubbish, is entitled to their own.
But its free speech, get used to it.

so basically it boils down to:

"buying in bulk and making your own is cheaper than buying premade mixes"

ding ding!!! i can see the lightbulbs going on!

fact still remains: some people are willing to pay a premium for taste and convenience (not me, but im a cheap SOB), but thats where Xtend comes in and that is a huge market.

Drink a bunch of unflavored BCAA's then tell me if you wouldn't pay 10 bucks for it to taste like watermelon instead.

If you really want to get educated on the constitution, learn how to refer to it correctly Vincent.

Heck, I'll mow your yard and wash your car for some Substance WPI and Xtend!

Judge yourself with the same eye you judge others. You'll either find you're not as great as you think or others really aren't that bad.

Have you thought of adding CEE to your pre workout stack? I used to use same stack but only pre workout but the glutamine I didnt get anything from.
I like CM-CEE-ALCAR to me thats the best I tried taurine and tyrosine to as money isnt an issue and even those 2 I didnt reorder.
