Thanks.
My diet from now on will be aiming towards 2000-2500 cals a day. I will allow myself some fluxuation and have that 500 calorie gap to allow my self to be a little more easy on my diet. My diet is pretty clean, consisting up a lot of turkey, ham, a lot of chicken, beans, oats, spanish rice, tuna, turkey chili. I try to stay away from sodium but its hard. I have
protein shakes PRE-WO and PO-WO. I try to eat about 6 times a day. I try to focus on
protein in my diet because I get a suffecient amount of fats and carbs from things like fruits and peanuts, etc.
I'm currently on the 5 day MAX-OT training program and will start implementing cardio in the mornings (at least 6 hours before weight training)
Does this help?
I'm currently at 190lbs at about 15-16%. I don't care what the BF number drops to, its just a number to me (of course it represents something significant though) but I definetely want to lose my gut.
