Hey guys, I think I'm going to go into an official cutting stage. I am not that big as it is but I need to get rid of this extra fat, especially for summer. I will go more into detail if necessary. So here is my shopping cart

OT CEE
500g BCAA + 75g Citrulline Malate
(2) Fishoil 100 Softgels/1000 mg

I think this should be good. I already have whey at home. What do you guys think?

It's hard to tell without knowing your diet and workout schedule. List your diet and your goals and you'll get better responses.

Thanks.

My diet from now on will be aiming towards 2000-2500 cals a day. I will allow myself some fluxuation and have that 500 calorie gap to allow my self to be a little more easy on my diet. My diet is pretty clean, consisting up a lot of turkey, ham, a lot of chicken, beans, oats, spanish rice, tuna, turkey chili. I try to stay away from sodium but its hard. I have protein shakes PRE-WO and PO-WO. I try to eat about 6 times a day. I try to focus on protein in my diet because I get a suffecient amount of fats and carbs from things like fruits and peanuts, etc.

I'm currently on the 5 day MAX-OT training program and will start implementing cardio in the mornings (at least 6 hours before weight training)

Does this help?

I'm currently at 190lbs at about 15-16%. I don't care what the BF number drops to, its just a number to me (of course it represents something significant though) but I definetely want to lose my gut.

Well, as it has been said many times, it's going to be difficult to keep lean body mass and lose weight at the same time. Your diet is pretty clean, but I would cut out the fruit (unless right after your workout) as well as the carbs (same exception). You may want to try the CKD or the clean bulking 101 thread by Dave posted as a sticky in the diet and nutrition section.

The tried and true ECA stack should also help with the weight loss. The fish oil should be increased to 5-7g.
