i am starting to bulk and wanted to knw which supplements are needed .I am 6'1 and weigh 150 lbs.i am 16 1/2 and play baseball.also since i am trying to put on as much muscle as possible over the summer should i be doing 3 x10 at a moderate easy weight for every exersice or be doing 3x4-6 lifting towards failure for every exercise.Thanks for the help,beau

check out the training forum. you definitly want to be training for strength (ie heavier weight for fewer reps, not necessarily to failure though)

and your diet is key (first and foremost) you should be eating, constantly. if it had blood running through it at some point, you should be eating it.

OK that sounds really nasty, but I suppose it's true...

I don't think training 3 times a day is what you want to do. You'll want to be very careful with the heavy weights, don't jack up your shoulder or you won't be able to throw the ball.

if you want to be just focusing for baseball try more of the strength exercises that you will be using in the sport not just the body building aspect, example would be abs, tri's, and back being very important for a swing and of course shoulders for throwing, lets not forget about legs for the explosive speed. be careful tho, adding too much weight would be very bad if your not as limber.
