Body Fat: Not sure but if I had to guess I would say between 10/15 (never had it checked but I am not fat at all)

Lifting Weight before
M1T:
Note: These are just some of the weights I was lifting, just to give an idea of where I was before I started.
Below is based on 8 to 12 reps.
Flat Bench: Max 210
Incline Bench: Max 180 (Dumb-Bells – 70 pounds)
Decline Bench: Max 150-180 give or take depending on how I feel.
Curls: Max 135
Dumb-Bells: Max 50
Shrugs: Max 100 pound dumb-bells
Shoulder press: Max 70 pound dumb-bells
Triceps Pull-downs: Max 90 pounds (on cables around 150)
Leg-Press: Max 500 pounds est
Leg Extensions: 180 pounds
Cave Raise: Max 600 on machine
Seated Rows: Max 450 pounds
Back Pull-downs: Max 200 (give or take, I forget since we just got a new machine that I haven’t used and I forget what the old one maxed out at)
Dead lift: 180 (I hurt my back in a car crash a few years back so I am trying to slowly get into doing dead lifts to see how it feels on my lower back)
This is just a sample of some of the things I do but it will give you an idea of were I am at.

Day 1:
Trained: Tries and Caves
M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: Forgot to check
Note: Today was the first day of my new training; I started putting more energy and time into my workouts. I also started to eat as much as I can, im going for size, but the foods I eat are not bad foods, high in
protein. I never started to take anything with the
M1T yet I will be taking stuff with it starting Thursday (see above).
Day 2:
M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: Forgot to check
Trained: Shoulders
Note: Today was a good work out, since I was training harder I thought I would try going up in weight.
Here are some results:
Before/Now
Dumb-Bell Press:
60/70 pounds 12 reps/Today I moved up to 80 pounds 8 reps.
Dumb-Bell Shrugs:
Max before today was 100 pounds/Today I went to 120 pounds 12 reps.
Note: I also found that my shoulder had a much better burn then normal, but I would say that’s just from moving up in weight. Caves also felt good after my work out as they always do anyway.
Day 3:
M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: Forgot to check
Trained: Biceps
Note: I trained biceps today and had a great workout, arms felt much harder then normal after my first sets of curls. I didn’t move up in weight much on curls but I did find that when I was using the curl bar I was getting a few more reps at 135 pounds. Maybe 6-8 reps on last set (135 is my heavy set witch most of the time I only get 4-5 reps).
All in all I did feel I had a bit more energy working out, and my arms felt harder then normal.
Day 4:
M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: 185 (no weight gains yet)
Trained: Back
Note: Today was one of my better back work-outs, I felt vary strong and I seemed like I could go for ever. Also had a nice feel, everything felt vary hard and pumped. All in all I think this was a good day for back.
Weight increase:
Lat-Pull-downs, I added another 50 pounds (total of 230 pounds) and got 10 good reps.
Wide arm pull-downs, I got a few more reps at the weight I was already at.

Notice: I haven been drinking a lot of water as of late, I drink anywhere between 4 and 7 1L bottles. So as you can guess, BOY I am pissing a lot.
