Aights here i smy new log for my M1T Cycle so that everyone knows where i started and where i end.

M1t Cycle:

Start Feb 8th

What I will be taking with my cycle:

Milk Thistle
Multi-Vitamins
Egg White Protein
Lots of Water
Glucosamine HCL
Glutamine Stack
Calcium Pluse

For post cycle I will be taking:

Tribuls
6OXO
-OR-
Clomid
Nolvadex

What one I will be taking I am not sure. Feel free to add your 2 cents

Body Size:

Weight: 185 pounds
Height: 6 feet
Arms: 16 inch
Caves: 16 inch
Quads: 22 inch
Waste: 32/33 inch
Shoulder width:
Body Fat: Not sure but if I had to guess I would say between 10/15 (never had it checked but I am not fat at all)

Lifting Weight before M1T:

Note: These are just some of the weights I was lifting, just to give an idea of where I was before I started.

Below is based on 8 to 12 reps.
Flat Bench: Max 210
Incline Bench: Max 180 (Dumb-Bells – 70 pounds)
Decline Bench: Max 150-180 give or take depending on how I feel.
Curls: Max 135
Dumb-Bells: Max 50
Shrugs: Max 100 pound dumb-bells
Shoulder press: Max 70 pound dumb-bells
Triceps Pull-downs: Max 90 pounds (on cables around 150)
Leg-Press: Max 500 pounds est
Leg Extensions: 180 pounds
Cave Raise: Max 600 on machine
Seated Rows: Max 450 pounds
Back Pull-downs: Max 200 (give or take, I forget since we just got a new machine that I haven’t used and I forget what the old one maxed out at)
Dead lift: 180 (I hurt my back in a car crash a few years back so I am trying to slowly get into doing dead lifts to see how it feels on my lower back)

This is just a sample of some of the things I do but it will give you an idea of were I am at.

Day 1:

Trained: Tries and Caves

M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: Forgot to check

Note: Today was the first day of my new training; I started putting more energy and time into my workouts. I also started to eat as much as I can, im going for size, but the foods I eat are not bad foods, high in protein. I never started to take anything with the M1T yet I will be taking stuff with it starting Thursday (see above).

Day 2:

M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: Forgot to check

Trained: Shoulders

Note: Today was a good work out, since I was training harder I thought I would try going up in weight.

Here are some results:

Before/Now

Dumb-Bell Press:

60/70 pounds 12 reps/Today I moved up to 80 pounds 8 reps.
Dumb-Bell Shrugs:

Max before today was 100 pounds/Today I went to 120 pounds 12 reps.

Note: I also found that my shoulder had a much better burn then normal, but I would say that’s just from moving up in weight. Caves also felt good after my work out as they always do anyway.

Day 3:

M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: Forgot to check

Trained: Biceps

Note: I trained biceps today and had a great workout, arms felt much harder then normal after my first sets of curls. I didn’t move up in weight much on curls but I did find that when I was using the curl bar I was getting a few more reps at 135 pounds. Maybe 6-8 reps on last set (135 is my heavy set witch most of the time I only get 4-5 reps).

All in all I did feel I had a bit more energy working out, and my arms felt harder then normal.

Day 4:

M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: 185 (no weight gains yet)

Trained: Back

Note: Today was one of my better back work-outs, I felt vary strong and I seemed like I could go for ever. Also had a nice feel, everything felt vary hard and pumped. All in all I think this was a good day for back.

Weight increase:

Lat-Pull-downs, I added another 50 pounds (total of 230 pounds) and got 10 good reps.
Wide arm pull-downs, I got a few more reps at the weight I was already at.

Notice: I haven been drinking a lot of water as of late, I drink anywhere between 4 and 7 1L bottles. So as you can guess, BOY I am pissing a lot.

Note: Without a doubt today was my best lag workout in a long time, My hams were so tight it hurt and I moved up some weight in leg press. Best burn ever today.

Weight increase:

Leg Press: Was doing 8 – 10 plates / Today I put up 12 plates

Day 6:

M1T: 2 pills 12 hrs apart – Total 10mg
Weight: 186

Trained: Chest

Strength Gains:

Flat Bench: I added 10 pounds for a full set.
Incline Bench: I added 20 pounds and got a full set
Incline Bench (dumb-bells): Moved up from doing 60 for sets, to doing 80 for 8 reps.

Note: Great chest workout, I moved up in a few things and felt way stronger then ever, also felt like I could of went for ever. So far only 1 pound of weight gain but strength is going up everyday.

Tommorow i will be moving up to 3 pills a day, one in the morning one mid day an one in the night, i will do this for a week then i will move to 4 pills a day for the rest of the cycle.

Today is my off day, only thing to report is that im an up to 187 now, and also just up`ed the amout im taking, today is my first day at 3 pills 15mg a day, i will report tommorow. one other thing, I do find i get tired around mid day but i do get energy again, and some times in the night around 10 or 11 i get a little tired but besides that everything is going great and my strengh is going up everyday.

Note: Great workout, big pump in my triceps and felt great all work-out.

Strength Gains:

Over the head Extensions: Went from doing 80 to 100 pounds / to doing 115 pounds for a full set of 12.

Also put on another pound on the scale, now up to 188 pounds.

Note: Workout was ready good, I moved up in shrugs to the 115 pound dumb-bells for 3 sets then droped down a bit. Also noticed a much harder pump, and my shoulders look to be filling out more.

As of now I love this stuff, I am lifting more an putting on size.

Note: Another grate workout, I found that my pump was big right from the first 3 sets of curls, and my biceps looked much fuller and was vary hard. I’m vary pleased with the M1T right now, 5 pounds in 10 days is great and also my lifts have gone up, so nothing at all to complain about besides the lethargy.

Just tired around 4 or 5 in the day, but then it goes away, and then i get tired again around 11ish, witch is not bad cuz i need to sleep early for work anyway, but as for anything els, i found no sides, i ran 10mg a day for the first week and now im on 15mg for this week an then moving up to 20mg then maybe 25mg if still no sides, iv been on it 11days an put on 5 pounds an it looks like its cutting fat also (i dont have much but whats there is going away i find).

I say give it a try i like it so far an it can only get better from here.

Day 11: (note I am only marking the days I workout)

M1T: 3 pills 1 morning, afternoon, night – Total 15mg (also dont forget I am also taking like 15 other pills a day for other things suck as pills for my bones, joints, liver, ect...)

Weight: 190

Trained: Back

Note: Great back workout just like all the others on this stuff, sill at 190, but it seems to be cutting fat like mad, I look fuller, and body parts are starting to come out a lot more. So as of right now iv done 11 lifting days or so, I put on 5 pounds and cut fat? This stuff is great. Tomorrow I will be moving up to 20mg a day this should make for bigger gains.

Day 11:

M1T: 4 pills 2monring 2 at night
Weight: 190

Weights: Went up in weight on bench:

210 was max, now maxed out at 225 four times.
Bum-bell incline max was 80s 8 times, now 90s 4 times.

Note: Unreal pump in my chest right for the first 3 sets of bench.

Still only side effect is tired, but its not even that bad. I moved up to 20mg a day I will fill you all in on how that goes.

Note: Workout was the best ever, shoulder were burning from the first set, I moved up in weight last week on shoulders and this week I stayed with the 80s for dumb-bells but got a lot more reps an one more set with them. Unreal burns is all I can say.
