My friend and I each went on a fat-loss stack together of Lipo-6, green tea extract and ephedrine. He started getting a slight irritated rash on his stomach around the belly button. Now it is locating in other spots on his body. He says it itches like hell. On the back side of his right knee got it real bad. He also made a slide in a leisurely game of softball, and his skin was sensitive to rashing around where his arm slid on the sand.

He doesnt know what it is, and my only guess is one of the supps. Which just like anyone, he really doesn't want to get off them. Anyways, we aren't sure if the supps are the cause or not. The symptoms he is experiencing, I have not had any at all. Let me make note, our stacks are the same: Lipo-6, green tea extract and ephedrine, except I added Cuts II by prolabs, he did not.

Has anyone experience anything like this, or have any knowledge?

And dont damn tell me to have him see a doctor, he is going to. But this is sort of immediate info and I felt a decent topic for the board.

It could possibly be an allergic reaction to one of the supps... I've actually heard of people having issues with ephedrine. I'm glad he's goin to see a doc, but its probably not that big of a deal if its just a mild rash... If he starts to have breathing problems or a significant rise in heart rate tell him to get to a doctor immediately

I have reacted to green tea in the past. Got a little rash from it. Kinda like acne/poison ivy. Everyone reacts differently. It went away a day or so after i stopped taking it.

Just to add my two cents. biggrin.gif

I was taking just a vitamin that added green tea.....and got the exact same rash that your friend had , in the same areas. It took me a while to figure out it was green tea.....but then I took a weight loss supp with green tea in it a year later and damned if I didn't get that crazy rash again. So my process of elimination.....I stay the hell away from green tea now....I know it sucks because I know some people that green tea really works for! Oh well. Just wanted to share that wit you all. Take care !

Guggul gave me a systemic rash, started on my chest, spread all over. Probably would have went away on its own, but I went to the doc and got a steroid dose pack to take care of it.

Stopped taking guggul too laugh.gif
