i am a creatine nonresponder? i havent noticed any gains in my benchpress about two months now. do either swole v2 or cee work for nonresponders? i am on v2 right now. im thinking about cee. but i gotta know if it works on nonresponders.

Cee should work for a non responder as it is a problem related to creatine transporter.

Cee is working great for me and i never had success with mono.

are you sure that your diet and training are up to par? If they aren't no supplement is ever going to work much at all

i eat alot of complex carbohydrates and alot of protein. and use a 4x6

your muscle creatine levels, at 2 months of consistant supplementing, are already close to the saturation point. you won't see any further gains from supplementing, only losses in strength if you stop, for this reason.

No it won't work for non-responders. Its the same as mono with an ester attached. Read the latest article about it in the bull.

Are you taking creatine with high GI carbs after training? If your a non responder you could try creatine cycling. Heres a link to an article that AST wrote on it

Will it work for a non-responder? Who knows...we cannot predict who it will work for...you need to try it for yourself and figure it out.
