ive always had like a decent 6 pack bc im a highschool wrestler but wrestling ova now and im bulkin up and takin swolev.2. i expected to lose the abs a lil bit bc of bulkin up but 2day i did abs for the first time primarly exercises that work the top abs and its like the 2 top abs conjoined and there just one ab. im on my second week of
swole and was wonderin why this happened. is it just like a pump from the
swole?
