I apologize for this stupid question but what is the difference between vat and sub-q?

VAT is deep inside beneath the muscle. Sub-Q is the stuff you can pinch. Generally, if you have dieted low enough that you can see your abs, but your belly still seems to stick out, it is likely a VAT problem.

They should have put this information in the information section of Absolved and Lipoderm products. That way I wouldn't have wasted my money on Absolved. Maybe I will get some Lipoderm, which is better the ultra or the y?.

Which product should i use to lose the fat in this picture around my midsection? If I diet/cardio the fat off my face looks emaciated.....

The statement about your face is most likely linked to dehydration/low-carb diet. This is a very common senario, a toned upper body yet fat retention around the mid-section. I have used both products and both worked well. However, Ab-solved worked better when I had a higher bf% and visa versa with Lipoderm. I would try the Lipoderm Ultra, that's just me.
