am taking 4 1ad tabs and 2 19nor tabs a day total 600mg

1 of each with breakfast

2 1ad with lunch and 1 of each with dinner

bought the 19nor kinda by mistake

is this a worthwhile stack or would i be better doing them another way

if thats all you got, I guess you gotta work with it. Its not a good combo, but it wont kill you either. You would have made better gains with a 1ad/4ad cycle.
