pre-loading day


-Well today i started taking my Beta-C and the Cissus RX took both 2 caps each this mornign on an empty stomach...that was a bad idea im ussing it was the cissus but my stomach felt very sick untill i ate breakfest

-im really going to eat like a horse on this 32ish days because i want to get everything i can out of USP's supplements.

-im at a 250 benchpress right now and by the end im goign for a 275 bench. im gauging by my bench press because i only have 300lbs over summer before college starts and 300 isnt that much for a dead lift, but a box squat off a t 12-13in box should be another good way to test it.

- i will try to keep this log very detailed and as honest as i can be. i have only been training seroiusly for 2 years ,but i have tried some crappy supplements and some that have increased my results so im lookign to help you guys see if this stack is worth it for you.

*once again thanks USPLabs for this chance to test your Beta-C and mega dose your Cissus RX and Symmetry X.

I doubt it was the cissus, I always take cissus on empty stomach and never had a problem, maybe it was the beta-c.

again today i took the beta-c and felt a little a little nauseas untill i hate but this does not happen on the 2nd dose later on in the day. however, i feel the sick feeling ( not bad at all tho i mean just a little nauseas) about 5 min after taking so i think its just the cap disolving in my empty stomach

a decent work out in terms of intensity and focus but my stamina was just nto there my power was tho. i on almost every lift i am supposed to get i more rep first ones go up fast and strong then its liek i hit a wall. this weel will have to be 100% to break threw this.

Hm..nice log so far PX. By the looks of it, it almost seems like it's Mono. The whole loading phase n' all, but idk...everyone responds differently. And I've never tried Kre-Alk sooo.. rolleyes.gif

- i had a decent workout today i really havent noticed anything yet besides all dya i have a real good fullness to my muscles and they just feel so dense this feelign might be the cissus pump others were talkign about but i thing 3 days is to soon to tell.

-my diet has been spot on the past 3 days. however, i think i should be drinking more at least befor i workout.

***i would still like to know what is in the Beta-C here is a pic of the inside of the pill.

i would also like to add that i am startign to break out a little on my back nothing realy out of the norm for me tho it happens from time to time but i think my skin is a little more oiley

- ok so now im startign to get pissed i am platued and my weighs are all stayign the same for my chest and tries...i normally get stuck for 4 weeks at a time but i gotta beat this. startign tomorrow i am upping cals by 500 so that should approx bring me up to 3800-3900cals a day this is the most i have ever gone up to but oh well. if no changes happen next week then my work out will be changed to high reps 10,8,6 range.

- as for the supplements i really cant tell i do know tho that my libido is way up and for some reason it might be in my minde today but my load is bigger and sex just feels better... my skin is oily too. idk if its the cissus or the Beta-c but im gussing its the synergy of the two.

-my pumps are nice i have never looked so big when pumped up. and i do notice the cissus pump now very mellow full feeling it gives you and its all day quite the ego booster.

WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 1

Weight: 172 up 1.5lbs

-so far not to much to note but thats is because i am platued. i have been upping my calls yesterday by 500 and will hold it here untill i break this.

- my skin is oily like i said and im sure that wont get any better when i add the symmetry in with the stack on friday.

- my pumps have been good and i have the cissus pump going on not to much to note this week but with thw added cals i should notice things this week
